active/ all levels/ suitable for beginners

Classic – traditional class, with an emphasis on fundamentals and alignment.  Variations and modifications offered to suit every student.  All levels.


Slow Flow – postures are linked with breath to create a moving, meditative practice at a moderate pace.  Great for those new to Flow style classes or who prefer a less intense Flow class.  All levels.


Chair Yoga + weights -   Yoga postures are performed seated or using a chair for support.  Some light hand weight exercises are included to increase strength, boost metabolism and support strong bones. Feel better in your body!  About 60% of practice is seated, entire practice can be performed seated as needed.


Family Yoga - Yoga can help kids and caregivers work as a team toward health and wellness. This class will engage families in meditation, breathing, and poses in fun and creative ways. Adults and children will enjoy a greater sense of calm as they work together to build flexibility, strength, and balance.


more active/ intermediate/yoga experience recommended


Flow – a moving practice in which postures are linked with breath. This class can be physically challenging, with some advanced poses and a faster pace.  Prior yoga experience is recommended.

Flow + Weights - yoga postures+hand weights=a fun workout!  Light hand weight and/or ankle weights are added to yoga postures to build strength, improve balance and add a little challenge to your yoga practice.  Limited weights available to borrow at the studio or bring your own - 5 pounds and under, please.


less active/ meditative/ all levels/ suitable for beginners


Yin – this is a deep stretch class, with long holds of primarily floor postures designed to work into the deep connective tissue of the joints. A quiet and meditative practice. All levels.

Restorative – Floor postures, supported by props (blankets, bolsters and blocks), are held for time to gently open the body and promote deep relaxation.  All levels.


Yoga Nidra - guided relaxation, designed to release stress from all levels of body and mind.


Restorative/ Yoga Nidra – Supported floor postures followed by guided relaxation.  All levels.

Slow Flow/ Yin - A moving, meditative practice followed by the stillness of holding deep stretches for time.  All levels.
